Welcome to LIMITEED. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to product availability.
LIMITEED reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or violation of these terms.
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. LIMITEED is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible areas.
LIMITEED reserves the right to request partial or full advance payment for any order.
3. Advance Payment Policy
Customers with a low delivery success rate, repeated order cancellations, or a history of refusing COD deliveries may be required to pay a partial or full advance before order confirmation.
Orders requiring advance payment will be processed only after the payment has been received.
LIMITEED reserves the right to refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) for such customers.
4. Custom Design Orders
All custom or personalized design orders require an advance payment before work begins.
Design work will start only after the advance payment is received.
The advance payment for custom design orders is non-refundable.
Once the customer approves the design or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. Refunds are not available except in special cases mentioned below.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Exchange is available only for size issues, wrong product, or manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for exchange delivery charges unless LIMITEED sends the wrong or defective product.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
LIMITEED delivers the wrong product and a replacement is unavailable.
LIMITEED approves the refund due to a verified issue.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind.
Incorrect size selection by the customer.
Color variation caused by different screen settings.
Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery.
8. Product Information
We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Minor measurement differences (±1 inch) may occur during manufacturing.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, product images, and website content are the exclusive property of LIMITEED.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected only for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
LIMITEED does not sell or share customer information with third parties except trusted courier or payment partners when necessary.
11. Limitation of Liability
LIMITEED shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
12. Changes to Terms
LIMITEED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.
